Now, after a period of absence, Imran is poised to re-enter the limelight, hinting at a potential comeback. In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, he addressed comparisons with his contemporary, Ranbir Kapoor, with characteristic sass. Rejecting the notion that another actor's success diminishes his own, Imran questioned the arbitrary metrics used to gauge achievement in the industry. His remarks underscore a divergence in artistic sensibilities, hinting at a deeper philosophical divide between him and his peers.

Delving into the reasons behind his departure, Imran revealed his disillusionment with the industry's fixation on box office success over creative merit. His candid remarks shed light on the underlying values driving his decision to step away from Bollywood, emphasizing a desire for authenticity and artistic integrity. Imran's gradual withdrawal from the spotlight underscores a deliberate and introspective journey, marked by a refusal to compromise his principles for commercial gain.
